Cash PT vs Insurance PT
A common question that gets brought up is "Why would I choose a Cash PT clinic over an insurance based PT clinic?"
Below we break down the numbers in appointments and overall costs compared to both Cash PT and Insurance PT:
Cash PT is going to be more individualized and catered toward your needs, with extensive 1 on 1 time. Decreased sessions at the clinic equals more time to spend with your family and participating in activities you enjoy. With flexible scheduling, we make it our priority to attend your needs whenever the time is best for you.
Initial Evaluation
All new patients attending OneStop Osteopractic will receive a comprehensive evaluation. This evaluation will include a thorough subjective intake about your condition, ROM measurements, strength measurements from a dynamometer for quantitative values, current nutritional habits, current exercise habits, and more. An initial evaluation will be about 60-90 minutes in length to ensure everything is discussed and looked at prior to implementing a treatment program.
Treatment Sessions
Treatment sessions are offered to all individuals who may benefit from the osteopractor approach. Sessions may include spinal or extremity manipulation/mobilizations, dry needling, cupping therapy, IASTM, body tempering and additional body work for our manual therapy approach. Sessions will also incorporate education on exercise form and appropriate exercises for your current injury or symptoms. Expect sessions to be about 60 minutes in length with some shorter/longer depending on the condition.
What’s a Superbill?
A superbill is a detailed receipt for physical therapy services that you can submit to your health insurance for potential reimbursement. While I do not bill insurance directly, I provide superbills for all eligible sessions, making it easy for you to get partial reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits.

How It Works:
-
You pay for your session up front.
-
I provide a superbill with all necessary codes and documentation.
-
You submit the superbill to your insurance company.
-
If approved, your insurance will reimburse you directly based on your plan.

How Much Do You Get Back?
Reimbursement varies based on your out-of-network insurance plan, but many clients receive between $40–$120 per session back.
Tune Ups
Tune Up sessions are used as a recovery tool to keep you feeling fresh and ready to compete at the highest level. These sessions are shorter in duration, about 30 minutes in length. They include dry needling, cupping, body tempering and spinal/extremity manipulation to one body region.
Hockey Performance Training
OneStop Osteopractic 1-on-1 hockey performance training is designed to help athletes improve skating power, strength, mobility, and on-ice efficiency. Using a sport-specific approach rooted in biomechanics and injury prevention, each session is tailored to the athlete’s goals and season demands. Whether you're preparing for tryouts, building an off-season foundation, or working through a return-to-play plan, you'll train in a private gym setting with expert-level guidance every step of the way.
*All sales are final and remaining treatment sessions cannot be refunded*
*Treatment sessions do not expire and can be used at any time for any body region*
